Vanilla Milk Chip Oatmeal Cookies
- 2 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. butter
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. Guittard vanilla milk chips
- 1 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 c. raisins
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add flour mixture until combined. Stir in chips, rolled oats and raisins.
- Drop by well rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
- These cookies are chewy with a touch of spice.
