Broccoli Casserolo
- 2 10 oz. packages of frozen broccoli (cooked, drained & coarsely chopped)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tbsp minced onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 2 1/2 cups croutons
- In saucepan, add cream of chicken soup, stir in flour, sour cream, minced onion, salt & pepper. Cook over medium heat for approx 3-5 minutes stirring constantly. Add 1 cup croutons. Stir well. Remove from heat. Place cooked broccoli in shallow pyrex dish (sprayed with PAM). Pour sauce evenly over top of croutons just before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (Note: If croutons should brown before done baking, cover loosely with foil for remainder of baking time.) Let set 5 to 8 minutes before serving.
