Taco Salad

  1. Slice chicken breasts into bite size strips and brown in large skillet with oil.
  2. Add Taco Bell taco seasoning mix and water; simmer until reduced.
  3. Clean and slice all remaining vegetables for the salad.
  4. Combine all dressing ingredients and blend well.
  5. Pour into serving dish.
  6. Place the salad into serving bowl and top with warm chicken.
  7. Serve with Taco Bell tortilla chips and Avocado Picante Dressing.
  8. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
  9. Takes 20 minutes.
