Grasshopper Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. PIE SHELL
  3. 1. Combine baking mix, cocoa, butter and sugar in a small bowl. Add water and stir vigorously until dough forms a ball and cleans the bowl. (Dough will be puffy & soft.)
  4. 2. Pat dough into lightly floured 9" pie pan. Bake 8 - 10 minutes. Cool.
  5. FILLING:
  6. 1. Sprinkle gelatin on water in a small saucepan to soften. Stir over very low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
  7. 2. In a chilled bowl, beat cream until stiff.
  8. 3. Blend pudding & liqueurs into whipped cream. Fold in gelatin and, if desired, green food coloring.
  9. 4. Pour mixture into pie shell. Chill at least 4 hours, or until set. Just before service, garnish with chocolate curls.
