Graham Crackers Homemade

  1. Preheat oven to 350*
  2. Stir together flours,powder,soda & salt.
  3. Cream together shortening,sugar, until fluffy,add vanilla then dry ingred.alternate with milk, mix well after ea. addition.
  4. Chill dough until firm or overnite.
  5. Divide dough into thirds. Roll out ea. portion on floured surface to 1/8" thick rectangle. Trim to 15 X 5 rect. Cut into 6 (2 1/2 X 5" rect.)Make a line down center of dough with the back of a knife. Place on greased sheet. Mark ea. square with fork tines.Bake 10-12 min. or until crispy & edges are browned. Remove immediately from sheets & cool on racks
