No Knead Herb Bread

  1. Soften yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
  2. Put margarine, sugar and all herbs in a large bowl.
  3. Pour boiling water over them and stir. Let cool.
  4. Mix in 1 1/2 cups flour.
  5. Beat 1 minute.
  6. Stir in yeast and eggs.
  7. Add about 1 3/4 cups flour to make a stiff batter.
  8. Beat 1 minute.
  9. (Dough will be soft.)
  10. Cover lightly, put in a warm place until double (about 1 hour).
  11. Grease 2 small or 1 large bread pan.
  12. Stir down dough and place in pan.
  13. Bake at 300u0b0 about 1 hour.
