  1. Mix first 10 ingredients using 1 diced garlic
  2. Form into balls, roll in flour
  3. Put remaining garlic in oil and brown meatballs
  4. Mix remaining ingredients in large sauce pan, bring to simmer, add meatballs and simmer 25-35 min
