Meatballs In Red Wine Sauce
- 1onion chopped
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbls ground meat
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teas salt
- 1/4 teas pepper
- 1/2 teas seasoned salt
- 3/4 teas curry powder
- 1/4 teas grated pram cheese
- 1/2 teas woecestershire
- 2 cloves garlic dices
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbls oil
- 1 cup red wine
- 1/2 cue beef consomme
- 2 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/8 teS oregano
- Mix first 10 ingredients using 1 diced garlic
- Form into balls, roll in flour
- Put remaining garlic in oil and brown meatballs
- Mix remaining ingredients in large sauce pan, bring to simmer, add meatballs and simmer 25-35 min
