Peanut Butter Pie

  1. -mix powdered sugar and peanut butter together until crumbly
  2. -put half of mixture in bottom of pie shell, save other half
  3. -mix corn starch, sugar, salt, milk & egg yolks until smooth
  4. -cook mixture in double boiler until thick(pudding)
  5. -once thickened add butter and vanilla
  6. -remove from heat and pour into pie shell
  7. -let pie cool in refrigerator over night and put cool whip on top and sprinkle the remaining peanut butter and powdered sugar mixture
  8. -Keep refrigerated
