Green Shawarma Salmon

  1. Puree the first 8 ingredients in a blender until smooth. Season marinade to taste with salt and pepper. DO AHEAD Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.
  2. Place salmon fillets on a platter. Spoon marinade over fish and turn to coat. Cover; chill at least 1 hour and up to 3 hours.
  3. Build a medium-hot fire in a charcoal grill, or heat a gas grill to high. Grill fish in a fish basket, if desired, until just cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.
