Best Bok Choy

  1. In a wok, add the grapeseed oil over medium high heat and when almost smoking add the onion and bell pepper. Saute, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Add the green beans and mushrooms and saute for another 2 minutes. Add the bok choy garlic, soy and fish sauce and saute until wilted. Add pepper and serve immediately.
