Peggy'S Mexican Casserole

  1. 1. Brown meat and diced onion.
  2. 2. Mix cumin and salt into meat mixture.
  3. 3. Mix together in separate bowl, jack cheese, beans and taco mix. In a round casserole dish, spoon bean mixture on the bottom.
  4. 4. Spoon in the meat mixture.
  5. 5. Add green chilies, cheddar cheese and taco sauce.
  6. 6. Bake in preheated oven @ 400 for 20 minutes or until hot.
  7. Optional: garnish with sour cream and/or guacamole.
