Savoury Pork
- 400 gm pork,( pork neck)
- 2 tbsp. grated ginger
- 2 tbsp grated onion
- 2 tbsp.grated green apple
- 1 tbsp. rice wine
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- some pepper
- oyster sauce
- plain flour for dredging
- oil for deep frying
- 1) slice pork into 1" pieces and 1/4" thick, pound them with a mallet.
- 2) marinate meat pieces with 2 tbsp.light soy sauce, sesame oil, 1 tbsp of rice wine, 2 tbsp. of grated onion, 2tbsp grated ginger and 2 tbsp grated apple.
- 3) just before frying add in appx. 2 tbsp. flour, mixed well and deep fry till golden brown. Put aside.
- 4) stir fry some onion slices add in a cup of water, 1 tbsp. oyster sauce and pinch of sugar and cornstarch.
- 5) Voila ready to serve with piping hot rice. and some greens.
