Savoury Pork

  1. 1) slice pork into 1" pieces and 1/4" thick, pound them with a mallet.
  2. 2) marinate meat pieces with 2 tbsp.light soy sauce, sesame oil, 1 tbsp of rice wine, 2 tbsp. of grated onion, 2tbsp grated ginger and 2 tbsp grated apple.
  3. 3) just before frying add in appx. 2 tbsp. flour, mixed well and deep fry till golden brown. Put aside.
  4. 4) stir fry some onion slices add in a cup of water, 1 tbsp. oyster sauce and pinch of sugar and cornstarch.
  5. 5) Voila ready to serve with piping hot rice. and some greens.
