Braised Chicken W Artichokes

  1. Brown chicken in oil and remove.
  2. Add onions and cook til brown.
  3. Sauteed garlic for 1 min and add spices, cooking another minute. Clean pan with 1/4 cup broth.
  4. Add 13/4 cups broth, lemon zest, 2TBS lemon juice. Cover. Simmer 15 min.
  5. Add chicken, potatoes, artichokes and olives.
  6. Simmer uncovered to heat chicken. Add rest of lemon juice. Garnish and serve.
