Hot Chicken Sandwich

  1. For sauce:
  2. Incorporate in a medium sized sauce pan all ingredients. Bring to boil and let simmer for 1h30 or 2 hrs. Once done pour, through a sieve, in another smaller pan to extract Bay leaf &onion. Keep warm. Makes enough for 3-4 sandwiches.
  3. Sandwich:
  4. Spread mayo, to taste, on bread, add chicken, some sauce, and complete with other slice of bread. Pour some additionnal sauce on top of sandwich.
  5. Best served with small green peas and French Fries.
