Grilled Vegetable And Shrimp Salad

  1. marinate shrimp in 2 tb. olive oil and 1 tsp. salt for 1/2 hour
  2. coat vegetables w. 2 tb. olive oil and 1 tsp. salt
  3. grill shrimp and vegetable over medium high heat
  4. chop romaine
  5. chop grilled vegetables into cubes
  6. combine all ingredients
  7. mix with salad dressing to taste
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste
  9. Salad Dressing
  10. combine mustard 1 tsp. salt and garlic together into paste
  11. add balsamic
  12. slowly wisk olive oil into balsamic mixture
  13. add pepper to taste
