Quick And Easy Seasoned Ground Taco Beef

  1. 1. In a cast iron skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until just a small amount of "pink" in the meat remains. Drain all fat but retain 2 tablespoons and add back to the meat.
  2. 2. Add onions, tomato, pepper, and spinach. Mix well and continue cooking over medium heat.
  3. 3. Once meat is completely brown, add a generous sprinkling of special seasoning.
  4. 4. Continue cooking until the tomatoes have disappeared (10 - 15 minutes)
  5. 5. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
