Western Meat-In-One

  1. Brown meat in oil.
  2. Add garlic, salt, onion, green pepper and chili powder and saute for 5 minutes or until vegetables are limp. Mix in tomatoes, kidney beans and rice and turn into a 2-quart casserole.
  3. Bake, uncovered, in a 350u0b0 oven for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with olives and cheese.
  4. Continue baking for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Serves 6 to 8 people.
