Asparagus Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place asparagus in steamer over boiling water. Cook until tender but firm. 2-5 min. Fry bacon until crisp. Set out onto a paper towel.
  3. If using a single crust, Place into a quiche dish, prick with a fork and weight down crust. Bake for 10 min. in preheat oven. Remove from oven.
  4. Add pizza ingredients: fried and crumbled bacon, chopped asparagus, and cheese. Top with beaten eggs mixed with spices and garlic.
  5. Bake uncovered for 35-40 min. Let cool slightly before cutting.
