Gail'S Gazpacho

  1. 1. Combine all vegetables, fresh and canned, in a large blender. Add broth. Blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Season with thyme, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne to taste.
  3. 3. Add tomato paste for color.
  4. 4. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, taste and adjust seasonings.
  5. 5. Serve very cold.
