Moroccan-Style Salmon

  1. Cook onion and garlic in oil in a medium skillet over medium heat until golden.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, tomato liquid, honey, lemon rind and cumin.
  3. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and season with salt, pepper and cayenne to taste.
