  1. 1. In a large bowl, mix together dry milk powder and
  2. oatmeal. Add tomato juice; mix well.
  3. 2. Add onion, salt, pepper and ground meat.
  4. 3. Shape into hamburger patties (put wax paper between
  5. patties), meatballs or meatloaf before freezing.
  6. To make a meatloaf
  7. 1. Defrost Basic Meat Mix II
  8. meatloaf in refrigerator
  9. overnight.
  10. 2. Top with tomato sauce or
  11. ketchup.
  12. 3. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes
  13. to an internal temperature of
  14. at least 165 F.
  15. To make meatballs
  16. 1. Defrost Basic Meat Mix II in
  17. refrigerator overnight.
  18. 2. Shape into balls if not already
  19. made.
  20. 3. Cook in medium skillet over
  21. medium heat for 10 minutes
  22. or until they reach an internal
  23. temperature of 165 F. You also
  24. can cook the recipe in an oven
  25. at 350 F for 30 minutes.
  26. 4. To save time, you can
  27. freeze leftovers in meal-size
  28. containers.
  29. To make
  30. Salisbury steaks
  31. 1. Defrost Basic Meat Mix II
  32. patties in refrigerator overnight.
  33. 2. In a medium skillet over
  34. medium heat, cook to an
  35. internal temperature of 165 F.
  36. 3. Top with cream soup or gravy
