Noodles With Bolognaise Sauce

  1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onion, carrot, and celery until beef is no longer pink; drain-off fat.
  2. Add tomatoes, water, milk, wine, black pepper, red pepper flakes, noodles and contents of seasoning packet; bring just to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, if desired.
