Rocky Road Brownies

  1. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spread in a greased 9x13 pan. Mix second layer ingredients together (except chocolate chips) until smooth. Spread 2nd layer over base and sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
  2. When done sprinkle 2 cups mini marshmallows over hot brownies. Put back in hot oven for 2 minutes or until fluffy.
  3. Frosting:
  4. Melt margarine and cocoa in a saucepan. Remove from heat- pour into a mixing bowl. Add cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix well. Add vanilla and milk. Mix until smooth. Pour over hot marshmallows and spread (this will look messy-- the marshmallows kind of swirl in with the icing). Chill (in fridge) for at least 2 hours before serving.
