Chicken Curry

  1. Brown onions in oil. Add Chicken and cook covered 10 minutes.
  2. Add spices and cook 10 minutes.
  3. Add potatoes and cook 5 minutes
  4. Add yogurt and tomato sauce and cook 5 minutes
  5. Add 2/3 cup chicken broth, juice of lemon, and salt and pepper.
  6. Cook until chicken is tender
  7. Serve over rice and garnish with chutney, coconut, or maybe hard boiled egg and green onions.
