Grilled Ravoli

  1. I like using a stove top grill. (the kind that when you turn it over it's flat on one side for pancakes). But if you do not have one of these grills then you can use a frying pan.
  2. Toss ravoli with olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss till coated well. (Ravoli do not need to be thawed).
  3. Get grill nice and hot.
  4. Put one layer on rav on grill cook till you have golden brown sear marks. Turn over and repeat. Let cool to touch.
  5. Put 2 tooth picks next to each other. (this way the rav. does not spin around the tooth pick.)
  6. They can be store in fridge at this point served at room temp or reheated in oven.
  7. serve around your favorit pesto or sauce. Tooth picks pointing out for easy grabbing.
