Kraut Salad

  1. Directions
  2. 1 Rinse the sauerkraut well. Chop your veggies and mix with the sauerkraut in a medium bowl.
  3. 2 In another bowl mix your sugar, apple cider vinegar and oil and pour over the sauerkraut and veggie mix.
  4. 3 Chill at the very least overnight in the refrigerator. Note: The longer you leave it in the refrigerator the better the flavors mix. My mother left it in for 3 days and it was amazing and got better each day! Will be making this many times!
