Reindeer Stew A.K.A Finnbiff (Norwegian)

  1. Heat an iron fryingpan til it's very hot. Put in half a stick of butter and let it get dark brown. Put the reideermeat in and fry until it's developed a nice,brown crust,then add the mushrooms and fry for a few minutes till they also are golden. Put in the soysauce and lingonberries and stir for 2-3 minutes, then add the cream and the goatcheese. Cook til it thickens.Serve with homemade mashed potatoes.
