K.I.S.S. Roast(Keeping It Simple And Succulent)

  1. Insert slivered garlic into roast.
  2. In frypan, brown roast in butter.
  3. Mix together soy sauce, ginger, sherry, paprika, salt and water.
  4. Pour over roast.
  5. Arrange celery in large pot or Dutch oven; place roast on top.
  6. Cover tightly.
  7. Roast at 250u0b0 for 3 1/2 hours, basting occasionally.
  8. Remove roast from pan; place on warm serving dish.
  9. Discard celery.
