Banana Fritters In Vanilla
- 5 Saba bananas or any with the same length
- 20 Lumpia or Rice wrappers
- Sugar (at least 2 tbsp)
- Vanilla Extract (at least 11/2 tsp)
- 1. On a plate, add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Add 1 and a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the sugar and mash together.
- *Mash until the mixture is well-blended.
- 2. Slice the 5 bananas into 4 pieces each ; slice each in half first(crosswise), and then slice its two halves in half again(lengthwise).
- 3. Use a butter knife or a teaspoon to spread a generous amount of the vanilla-sugar mixture to one side of each piece of cut banana.
- 4. After spreading, wrap banana slices in Lumpia or Rice wrapper. You may need to seal it by using water.
- 5. Fill 1/3 of an 8-inch frying pan with cooking oil(I recommend veggie oil). Fry both sides of each uncooked banana fritter until golden brown.
