Banana Fritters In Vanilla

  1. 1. On a plate, add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Add 1 and a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the sugar and mash together.
  2. *Mash until the mixture is well-blended.
  3. 2. Slice the 5 bananas into 4 pieces each ; slice each in half first(crosswise), and then slice its two halves in half again(lengthwise).
  4. 3. Use a butter knife or a teaspoon to spread a generous amount of the vanilla-sugar mixture to one side of each piece of cut banana.
  5. 4. After spreading, wrap banana slices in Lumpia or Rice wrapper. You may need to seal it by using water.
  6. 5. Fill 1/3 of an 8-inch frying pan with cooking oil(I recommend veggie oil). Fry both sides of each uncooked banana fritter until golden brown.
