Scalloped Potatoes And Ham

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease 2-quart casserole.
  3. Heat butter or oleo in 1 1/2-quart saucepan over low heat until melted.
  4. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
  5. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat.
  6. Stir in milk.
  7. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  8. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  9. Layer 1/3 of the potatoes, 1/2 of the onion and ham and 1/3 of the white sauce in casserole; repeat.
  10. Top with remaining potatoes and white sauce.
  11. Dot with 1 tablespoon oleo or butter.
  12. Cover and bake 30 minutes.
  13. Uncover and bake 60 to 70 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  14. Yields 6 servings.
