Mom'S Red Velvet Cake

  1. Cake:
  2. Mix all ingredients together until mixture is smooth. Pour into 9" round cake pans and bake at 350 for approx. 30-35 minutes.
  3. Frosting:
  4. Mix margarine and softened cream cheese until smooth. Add conf. Sugar and mix well. You may have to add a little milk to make it the consistency to spread. Spread on cake when cool.
