Cheesy Burger Casserole
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 4 green onions, chopped
- dash of garlic salt
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 3 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 lb. thin spaghetti, cooked and drained
- Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring, until crumbly; drain. Saute green pepper and green onions with garlic salt in margarine in skillet until tender.
- Mix in flour.
- Add milk gradually, stirring constantly, until thick.
- Stir in soup.
- Simmer for several minutes.
- Add ground beef and cheese, mixing well.
- Cook over low heat until cheese melts, stirring frequently.
- Mix in celery, salt and pepper.
- Combine with spaghetti in baking dish, mixing well.
- Bake at 350u0b0 until bubbly.
