Happy Hour Mushrooms

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms and save for other uses.
  2. Brush melted butter over mushroom caps, coating thoroughly.
  3. Stir together remaining ingredients until well blended.
  4. Place mushrooms, cavity side up, on large rimmed baking sheet.
  5. Evenly mound filling into each mushroom, pressing it in lightly.
  6. Broil about 6 inches below broiler until bubbly and lightly browned (about 3 minutes).
  7. Serve warm with napkins.
  8. Makes 10 stuffed mushrooms.
  9. Can be doubled, tripled, etc., as is necessary.
  10. They are so good, they won't last long.
