Cheesy Veg Spaghetti Pie

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES Bake 25 to 35 minutes
  2. Combine spaghetti, spice and egg whites thoroughly and spread in and up sides of a 9" or 10" non-stick sprayed pie plate/tin or cake pan. Bake for 10 minutes to slightly set.
  3. Remove from oven and pour 2/3 of sauce over, spread to cover spaghetti in bottom of pan.
  4. Add cooked vegetables evenly over sauce.
  5. Combine cheeses (except last portion) thoroughly to blend.
  6. Stir in dried Basil
  7. Beat egg yolks and egg together to slightly whip with a fork.
  8. Stir into cheese mixture
  9. Pour over vegetables evenly.
  10. Pour remaining sauce in stripes on cheese mixture or spread around pie.
  11. Sprinkle with last of Parmesan cheese.
  12. Set pie plate on a cookie sheet and insert into oven to bake
  13. until toothpick or a knife comes out clean from center of pie.
  14. Allow to sit for 10 minutes to set up and cut into quarters.
