Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. 2 large baking sheets lined with parchment
  3. whisk flour,baking soda and salt (set aside)
  4. cream sugars and butter until light and fluffy
  5. add eggs one at a time
  6. add the vanilla
  7. mix in flour just until combined. Stir in nuts and chips. chill dough slightly then roll a teaspoon in the palm of your hand and split in half. Jam both halves together so that top of the cookie remains jagged.
