Summer Tomato And Spicy Sausage Pasta

  1. In a medium sized sauce pan, sautee onion in oil on medium heat, until almost translucent and still a bit crunchy.
  2. Add sausages, and break apart as it cooks (so that it resembles ground beef).
  3. Once cooked (about 10 minutes), add canned tomatoes and crushed garlic.
  4. Allow the sauce to simmer for 15-20 minutes to allow flavours to mix.
  5. While sauce is cooking, cook pasta to preferred consistancy.
  6. Serve sauce atop the pasta and add a little parmesan reggiano if you like.
