Buffalo Chicken Wraps
- Flour tortillas-about 6
- Cooked chicken -1 package (I buy the already cooked and prepackaged grilled strips from the deli secion)
- Franks red hot buffalo wing sauce
- blue cheese dressing
- shredded cheddar cheese
- celery
- lettuce
- 1. Shred lettuce and slice celery into long skinny strips.
- 2. Put chicken in a bowl and add about 4 TB of red hot and 2 TB of blue cheese dressing. Toss well to coat....add more of each for taste.
- 3. Begin assembling each tortilla with some of the chicken mixture, then add a few pieces of celery, some shredded lettuce, and some shredded cheese. Wrap up tightly then continue with remaining tortillas. Slice in half and serve with extra blue cheese for dipping.
- -important - do not overstuff!! ENJOY!
