Three Bean Chili

  1. Heat olive oil in large soup pot or dutch oven. Add and saute onions. Once translucent and soft, add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add meat and cook stirring and breaking up lumps until the meat is no longer pink.
  2. Add chili powder and other seasoning, cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add chicken broth and tomatoes with their juice and bring to a boil. Reduce and cook stirring occasionally for 1 hour. Stir in beans, heat thru and season again if necessary with salt/pepper.
  3. Serve with toppings.
