Ceasar Salad

  1. For the dressing: combine lemon juice, minced garlic, worchester sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Whisk in olive oil.
  2. For the croutons: heat 1 Tablespoon olive oil and 1 Tablespoon butter in heavy pan. Add the bread cubes and saute over medium heat, tossing regularly, until bread is toasted. Remove from heat.
  3. Toss prepared lettuce with dressing. Add in grated parmesan cheese and croutons, tossing to combine.
