Cold Sesame Noodles

  1. Boil approx. 1.5 lb. Ramen, Soba or Buckwheat Noodles until almost done (leave a bit firm).
  2. Combine all (except for noodles) until consistency of thick salad dressing. Pour over noodles and toss. Chill in refrigerator. The longer it sits the better. Serve at room temperature or cooler (consider serving with slivers melon or cucumbers).
