Grilled Asparagus Covered With Rib Eye Rolls And Ginger-Garlic Soy Sauce

  1. Sauce
  2. Heat oil in small sauce pan (medium low heat) with ginger and garlic for about 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
  3. Mix with soy sauce and sesame seeds.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Asparagus with rib eye
  6. Heat grill to 400 u0b0F
  7. Rinse and dry the asparagus.
  8. Season rib eye slices with kosher salt and pepper.
  9. Cut the rib eye slices to 1 inch strips.
  10. Roll the rib eye strips on the asparagus.
  11. Place the asparagus on grill for about 2 minutes, then turn over for another 2 minutes.
  12. Once the asparagus and meat are cooked, place on a plate and cover with sauce.
