Ceviche

  1. Place the fish in a bowl, cover with lime juice and allow to "cook" in the fridge overnight.
  2. Drain and throw out lime juice.
  3. Mix all other ingredients adding the fish at the end.
  4. Allow to sit for a few hours. Serve chilled.
