Elli'S Stuffing For Turkey

  1. heat oil and butter, then onion till softened. Add meat and brown. Lower heat. Add cognac, red wine, salt/pepper, bullion. Lower heat some more. Add juices from fruit, simmer and then add toasted pine nuts, raisins, chestnuts and sugar.
  2. Add water or wine if mixture dries up. You want it quite moist.
