Grilled Pork Tenderloin With Peach Salsa

- 1 pork tenderloin (3/4 pound)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- t tsp fresh, or 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- SALSA:
- 2 cups fresh or frozen sliced peaches, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 t grated lime zest
- 1 to 3 tablespoons honey
- (1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro)
- 1/4 c chopped red onion
- Salt and pepper
- Mix together salsa; let sit
- Meanwhile prepare rub of cumin and oregano; after putting oil on pork, rub in mixture; season with kosher salt and ground pepper;
- Cook on hot grill at high 5 minutes each side, turning once until internal temperature reaches 150; let stand 5 minutes before slicing
- Serve with salsa on side
