Grilled Pork Tenderloin With Peach Salsa

  1. Mix together salsa; let sit
  2. Meanwhile prepare rub of cumin and oregano; after putting oil on pork, rub in mixture; season with kosher salt and ground pepper;
  3. Cook on hot grill at high 5 minutes each side, turning once until internal temperature reaches 150; let stand 5 minutes before slicing
  4. Serve with salsa on side
