Beef Stew Twists

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Melt butter in Dutch oven.
  3. Add onion and saute until translucent.
  4. Add beef cubes and brown on all sides.
  5. Add salt, pepper, bay leaf, wine vinegar and beef broth. Cover tightly and bake 2 hours.
  6. Cook pasta following box directions.
  7. Remove pan from oven; remove bay leaf.
  8. Blend flour with softened butter.
  9. Stir into beef mixture.
  10. Simmer on stove 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
  11. Add yogurt and pasta; mix well and serve.
