Lisa'S Favorite Peanut Butter And Chocolate Cookies
- 8 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. Reese's peanut butter chips
- Beat the butter and sugar until light and creamy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
- In a separate bowl, sift together cocoa, flour, baking soda and salt.
- Fold into butter mixture.
- Stir in vanilla, nuts and chips.
- Chill at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Drop batter onto baking sheets in teaspoonfuls 1 1/2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove and cool on wire rack.
