Beef Broccoli

  1. Preparation
  2. Cut up pieces of flank steak and put them in a large mixing bowl
  3. add soy sauce, fresh cracked peppers, fish sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and cooking wine
  4. Mix ingredients into the meat. (This dish tastes Even better if can you mix these in 2 to3 hours ahead of time)
  5. Crush the fresh garlic and chop it into tiny bits. Then add the garlic to the marinated meat.
  6. Now heat a frying pan or wok over high heat
  7. Heat about 1/2 cup of cooking oil in the wok or frying pan until the oil gets really hot .
  8. Toss in the marinated meat and stir quickly
  9. Then throw in the cut up broccoli
  10. Keep stirring and turning the meat and broccoli over.
  11. (If it starts to look a little dry , add little water.)
  12. Keep stirring until the meat is cook and the Broccoli is tender but crispy,
  13. urn the heat off.
