Sweet Spicy Glazed Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
  3. Place fish on a foil-lined jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
  4. Preheat broiler.
  5. Brush sugar mixture over fish; broil 3 inches from heat 3 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested wit a fork or until desired doneness.
