Buffalo Wings
- 2 lbs. chicken wings
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 4 tbsp. Frank's Red Hot
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- Cut wing tips off chicken wings (or just buy bagged wings and it's already done for you). Mix ingredients (minus wings) together in a bowl. Once mixed, set aside 2 tbsp. of mixture. Place wings in a ziploc bag and pour in remaining mixture and coat wings thoroughly. Let wings set in mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Plase wings on a broiler pan or rack. Broil about 4-5 inches from top on high for 10 minutes. Flip wings and broil for another 10 minutes. Keep repeating this for approximately 40 minutes or until wings begin to turn a pretty golden brown and no longer pink. Once done, pull wings out of oven and brush on the tbsp. of sauce mixture onto both sides of wings. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
