Creamy Mac N Cheese
- 2 cups pasta
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- ~1/2 bag cheddar cheese mix
- Breadcrumbs (optional)
- 1 8x8 baking dish
- 1 medium saucepan
- Immediately start boiling water for the pasta. Set the oven for 350 degrees. Put in the pasta as soon as the water boils. Melt the butter in the saucepan on medium-high, then warm up the milk until it is very warm. Mix in the milk and the flour. Stir continuously until the pasta is al dente. Then, mix in the cheese and stir until thick, creamy, and smooth. When the pasta is ready, drain the water in a colander. When the water is drained out, put it in the baking dish. Pour the sauce over the pasta, then top with breadcrumbs if wanted. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until bubbling.
- Serve with a big spoon and enjoy!
